Kourtney Hamidi - Artist 

I was born and grew up in Georgia.  In 2007, I graduated from Wesleyan College in Macon, GA with a BA degree in Studio Art and Art History.  I have a strong interest in travel, culture, and history.  During my time at Wesleyan, I spent a summer abroad in Melbourne, Australia whilst interning at Melbourne Museum.  After working as an admission counselor, I traveled to Lemba, Cyprus, and spent 8 months studying at Cyprus College of Art. Following my studies, I traveled to Ildong, South Korea, and taught English for a year.​

My work has also featured color and a focus on objects or nature.  I love the process of creating a work of art and exploring line work in my art.

Since 2010, I have lived and worked in Arizona.
